Centre for Pedestrian Infrastructure and Planning (CPIP) of School of Planning & Architecture of JNIAS, Hyderabad announces an Architectural Competition titled “Talk the Walk- Walkable Hyderabad” for all architectural students and architects of the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The participants are required to prepare the design case study for the stretch from Lakdi-ka-pul to Mahavir Hospital Junction, as a site that evoke memories of the past , draw attention to the current crisis and explore creative visions for a safe, healthy and environment friendly future of pedestrians of Hyderabad.
Submission in case study format to be made using a maximum of five (5) A3 size sheets along with a power- point presentation reflecting the same information.
First Prize: Rs. 15,000/-
Second Prize: Rs.7,000/-
Third & Fourth  Prize – Rs. 3,000/- each

  1. Orientation Seminar at SPA, JNIAS – 24th April, 2013 at 11.00 am
  2. Registration of Entries on or before  - 26th April, 2013
  3. Last date for submission of entries – 17th June, 2013 by 4.00 pm
